Interesting in Joining Lambda Chi Alpha?

Our fraternity is proud to be one of the most internationally recognized fraternities in the world and Lambda Chi Alpha continues our 100 year traditions and values by continuing to be an active player in campus leadership, student involvement, and community service. Our brothers are involved in most every campus group, as well as in the community. From the Samford Recruitment team to College Republicans, the brothers and associates of our chapter are some of the most well known students on campus.

Everyone has values, and ours are unmistakable. Our legacy on campus is mentioned on our Recognition Page.

To the incoming freshman, we encourage you to get to know the members of the chapters on campus prior to joining a fraternity. To those interested in our brotherhood, both Incoming Freshman and upperclassmen, contact one of the brothers or the Recruitment Chair for more information.

Our Recruitment Versus Their Rush

While other chapters corral their new members in "Rush", we spend the bulk of our recruitment efforts getting to know you as an individual. Not only are we interested in learning about you but we also want to find out if you fit our values and if you would strengthen our brotherhood. Contact a brother or the Recruitment Chair if you are interested in joining our brotherhood.

Financial

Throughout this site you've already read about the benefits of being a part of our bond. Another benefit to consider as a prospective member is the fiscal costs of an active brother. Theta Alpha Zeta consistently ranks as one of the two least-expensive fraternities on Samford's campus. Dues for Associate Brothers are $600, which is all spent on you as an Associate, and for Initiated Brothers are $650. Payment Plans are available for brothers & associates of need. The chapter's Educational Foundation exists to assist brothers of need with tuition, dues, & special needs.

What would you do if you had the opportunity to create the college experience you wanted?
